London based artist Leigh Glover is a painter working primarily in oils, but also in watercolour and pencil.  Leigh is a "painterly painter" with a notable freedom and looseness in his work displaying a keen sense of colour and movement. He is motivated to observe and depict scenes and sitters with a sense of life.

Leigh Glover studied at Oxford Brookes University and Heatherley's School of Fine Art, London. Glover's work has been in the exhibitions of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters (2008), Royal Society of Portrait Painters (2009), Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize (2010) and the BP Portrait Award (2011).
